What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure personalized care

Required Qualifications

Active LPN license
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
