What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of team leads and Direct Support Professionals
- Support members directly in their homes (approx. 5% of time) and ensure service plans are followed
- Conduct house inspections and observe staff-member interactions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managed care organizations, and DHS
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and review member care plans
- Monitor compliance with agency directives, HCBS standards, and policies/procedures
- Provide on-call support and cover shifts when needed
- Manage administrative tasks including timecard approvals, attendance, mileage, and billing
- Recruit, onboard, and train new staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and produce individual development plans
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma (postsecondary degree or higher preferred)
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a formal team lead or equivalent role
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Willingness to work flexible hours for training, coverage, or mandatory events
- Experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care roles preferred
