- Salary Range is $76,000 - $92,000/year | Credit given for experience.
How you will make an impact:
As the Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) at Thorne Crest, you will oversee the operations of the Assisted Living Departments in accordance with state and federal regulations; as well as, the ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship
Schedule: This is a full-time position.
What you will need:
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) within the state of MN required.
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related required.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Long Term Care Administrator required.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies in Health Care Management and Operations.
