- Provide high-quality care to residents
- Manage a team of Nurses who oversee our caregiving teams and assist staff with day-to-day activities.
- Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift
- Conduct assessments and lead care planning for residents
- Promote residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Ensure compliance with care regulations and clinical best practices
- Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Oversee assigned areas of the facility and respond to urgent needs

- Must be 21 years or older
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
- 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience required
- 2+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in gerontological nursing, with a strong background in rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment effectively
