- Oversee campus-wide maintenance and environmental services operations
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff
- Ensure timely response to work orders and maintenance requests
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
- Maintain regulatory compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire safety regulations
- 10+ years of maintenance experience required
- Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
