How you will make an impact:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Bath Aide at Maple Crest, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate personal care and hygiene services to residents, with a primary focus on bathing and grooming. This role supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being while maintaining a safe and clean environment. The CNA/Bath Aide works under the supervision of a licensed nurse and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans. Duties are performed in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and regulatory standards.
Schedule: Full-time shift available 6 AM to 2:30 PM, rotating every other weekend and holiday.
What you will need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Active CNA license within the state of NE.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Long-Term Care experience is a bonus, but not required; students are welcome to apply.
- Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, patience, and emotional maturity to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and co-workers.
