What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and leading recreational, social, and wellness activities for residents
- Support residents’ emotional, physical, cognitive, and social well-being through engaging programming
- Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director to create meaningful resident experiences
- Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents and families
- Assist with group activities, special events, outings, and holiday programming
- Prepare activity materials, supplies, and room setups as needed
- Support residents across all levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing
- Maintain activity documentation and attendance records as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work scheduled weekdays and rotating weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or senior living preferred
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Creative and team-oriented mindset
