- Salary Range is $110,000 - $130,000/year | Credit given for experience.
How you will make an impact:
As the Executive Director at Elm Crest, you will oversee the operations of the facility in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as the ABHM mission and core values, including the development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
Schedule: This is a full-time position.
What you will need:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) within the state of Iowa required.
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Director required.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies in Health Care Management and Operations.
