What You'll Do:
Provide front desk support and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering excellent customer service
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors and provide assistance
- Manage mail, deliveries, and front desk communications
- Maintain basic records and submit work orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling, transportation coordination, and administrative tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills required
- Previous receptionist, clerical, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well with residents, guests, and team members
- Flexible PRN scheduling
