What You’ll Do:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You’ll:

Ensure that our residents are able to maintain their highest level of physical, mental and social well-being
Assist in resident assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations
Develop care plans with the residents, their families, and staff

What You’ll Bring:

Must be 18 years or older
Graduate of an accredited school in the LPN program
Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license
Long Term Care experience is helpful but not required
New graduates encouraged to apply
