How you will make an impact:
As a Medication Manager at Elm Crest, you will be responsible with assisting residents by giving medications and limited topical treatments under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director. You will also provide quality bedside care and help residents with daily activities based on their individual care plans. The ideal candidate will support each resident's well-being- physically, mentally, and emotionally- by following our community's programs, policies, and core values, while ensuring we meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, 2 PM to 10 PM, rotating weekends and holidays.
What you will need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Iowa Medication Manager Certification, or Iowa Certified Medication Aide required.
- 1 year of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
