How you will make an impact:
As an Environmental Services Director at Trail Ridge Senior Living, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall maintenance of the campus. In charge of developing and implementing preventative maintenance initiatives, and provide management reports associated with equipment, regulatory, and facility needs. Performs all duties in compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards governing the facilities.
Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift, with rotating on-call responsibilities.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Experience overseeing groundskeeping and snow removal.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
- Must be able to perform all listed maintenance responsibilities.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
