What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
- Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
What You'll Need
Required:
- Active LPN license (Wisconsin, or an active out-of-state LPN license you can transfer)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding clinical setting
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
