- Salary Range is $90,000 - $110,000/year | Credit given for experience.
How you will make an impact:
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Thorne Crest, you will be responsible for overseeing the community's operations in compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will align your efforts with the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest. This includes developing and implementing strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures that focus on the American Baptist Homes of the Midwest's performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness, and stewardship
Schedule: This is a full-time position.
What you will need:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator within the state of MN, or be qualified to obtain such licensure within a reasonable and pre-determined time frame required.
- Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or related required.
- 5+ years of experience in a Long Term Care Administrator position preferred.
