Pay Range: $96,000 – 106,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule Options: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with availability for on-call.

As a Clinical Manager (RN), you’ll play a vital role in resident care and staff coordination. You’ll:
- Oversee and provide direction for high-quality clinical care and services delivered to residents.
- Ensure all care and services comply with current regulations and established clinical best practices.
- Supervise daily nursing activities across all shifts and ensure effective performance of clinical staff.
- Monitor and support clinical staff to maintain consistent standards of care and service delivery.
- Promote and support each resident's ability to achieve or maintain the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Implement and support community programs and procedures aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
- Uphold and promote the mission and core values of ABHM in all aspects of clinical care and staff leadership.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, with geriatric setting experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR Certification.
