What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff
- Assist with daily operations and ensure quality care is delivered to residents
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Support training and development of team members
- Monitor services and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with residents, staff, and leadership to promote successful outcomes
What You Need to Bring:
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- 2 years of leadership and team management experience required
- Ability to work holidays, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
