$13.75–$17.40/hour Dietary Aide at Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA. This is a full-time, 40-hour role covering shifts across our kitchen's 5:00 AM–8:00 PM hours, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

You'll help make mealtime one of the best parts of a resident's day, whether that's setting up the dining room, getting a tray to someone who can't come to the dining room, or just checking in with someone during a meal.

What you'll do:

  • Set up the dining room and assist with meal preparation
  • Serve residents and visitors during meals in the dining room
  • Deliver trays to residents who need meals brought to them
  • Help with light food prep and general kitchen support
  • Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized

What you'll need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Open availability across all shifts within kitchen hours (5:00 AM–8:00 PM), including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

  • Dietary aide or food service experience
  • Healthcare setting experience (nursing home, hospital, or similar)

Pay and benefits:

  • $13.75–$17.40/hour, based on experience

Schedule:
