Tudor Oaks Home Care is hiring a Lead Caregiver (Home Health Aide background welcome) to provide high-quality in-home support while also helping lead caregiver training, scheduling, and client service coordination. What You'll Do

Provide personal care and in-home support to clients
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including new staff onboarding and ongoing training
Coordinate and assist with caregiver scheduling alongside the office team
Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
Travel to serve clients within Waukesha and Milwaukee counties, including Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas

What You'll Need

Required:

At least 2 years of experience working with seniors
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Available for a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

Leadership, mentoring, or training experience
