What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to ensure personalized care
- Uphold safety standards and clinical best practices
What You'll Need
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active RN license (Colorado, or an active out-of-state RN license you can transfer to Colorado)
- Able to understand, read, write, and speak English
Preferred:
- Long-term care experience
