What You'll Do:
- Guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process, including tours and consultations
- Support occupancy goals by managing census across community service lines
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and healthcare providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming referrals and manage the referrals portal
- Coordinate documentation, insurance information, and admission details
What you will need:
- RN or LPN license within the state of NE required
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members
