What You'll Do:
- Conduct clinical consultations and guide admission decisions for prospective residents
- Support census management by ensuring appropriate clinical placement across service lines based on patient needs
- Collaborate with hospital clinicians and referral partners to support continuity of care and timely admissions
- Review referrals for medical appropriateness and coordinate admissions
- Manage clinical intake, including records review, insurance verification, and clinical transitions
- Promote service offerings to community partners and generate referral sources
What you will need:
- Active Nebraska RN License (unencumbered)
- 2 years of skilled nurse experience (required)
- Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment
