  • Salary Range is $90,000 - $100,000/year | Credit given for experience.  

How you will make an impact: 

As the Director of Nursing at Elm Crest, you'll manage a team of Nurse's who oversee our caregiving teams as well as assist staff in day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, evaluation, and developing care plans in collaboration with the residents, their families, and staff, while continuing to encourage residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Schedule:  This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with availability for on-call.

What you will need: 

  • Registered Nurse license in the state of IA.
  • Long-Term Care and Rehab experience preferred.
  • MDS experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, effectively communicate and interact with staff, residents, family members, and beyond.
