What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Provide compassionate support in daily routines
- Follow individualized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Uphold dignity and ensure safety, comfort, and respect at all times
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active CNA certification in Colorado
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and a positive, compassionate attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
