Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our beautiful senior living community. This is a part-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong team support, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

Maintain outdoor grounds including lawns, landscaping, and walkways
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-up
Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months
Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing
Monitor and maintain basic irrigation systems
Perform minor outdoor repairs and report maintenance needs
Support overall campus appearance and safety standards

Required Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment and safety practices

Preferred Qualifications

Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Experience with snow removal equipment
