What You'll Do
- Plan and lead engaging social, recreational, and wellness programs for residents
- Supervise and support Activities/Lifestyle staff and volunteers
- Coordinate events, outings, and community-wide celebrations for residents and families
- Collaborate with other departments to create meaningful experiences across all care levels
- Maintain activity calendars, documentation, and program compliance with state and federal guidelines
What you will need:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2 years of Activities experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility required
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
