Dietary Aide

Join our team as a Dietary Aide at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN. Pay is $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, with credit given for verified experience, plus holiday pay. We offer PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities in a welcoming senior living community where you'll help create a positive dining experience for residents every day.

What you'll do

Assist with meal preparation and food service
Set up the dining room for meals and assist with meal service
Deliver meal trays to residents in a timely and courteous manner
Help create a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for residents and visitors
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned

What you'll need

Required:

Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred:

Previous dietary aide or food service experience
Experience in a nursing home, hospital, senior living community, or other healthcare setting (preferred but not required)

$14.00 to $17.00 per hour, with credit given for verified experience

Schedule

PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities available. Part-time and full-time team members work 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, including every other weekend and rotating holiday coverage. PRN schedules are based on facility needs.
