Assistant Director of Nursing - Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community
$95,000-$100,000/year, based on experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call and holiday rotation. Lead nursing operations at a full-continuum campus where your decisions directly shape resident care.
Tudor Oaks is a continuing care retirement community in Muskego, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing on one 110-acre campus. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work alongside the Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and guide the nursing team across the health center.
What you'll do
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and administrative operations
- Help ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for residents
- Assist with planning, organizing, evaluating, and managing nursing services
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and care standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
- Lead by example on safety, accountability, and compassionate care
What you'll need
Required:
- Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience in a senior living or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred:
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills in a multi-level care setting
Pay and benefits
- $95,000-$100,000/year, based on experience
