What You'll Do:
- Oversee health information and medical records systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
- Maintain accurate and secure resident records
- Audit documentation for accuracy and completion
- Collaborate with care teams to support resident services
- Support electronic medical record processes and reporting
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of HIM or medical records experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
