What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Communicate scheduling changes and staffing needs with team members.
- Conduct assessments.
- Assist with staffing adjustments for call-ins, PTO, and vacancies.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and staffing documentation.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to support daily staffing operations.
- Help ensure compliance with staffing requirements and organizational policies.
- Provide administrative support to the nursing department as needed.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
