What You'll Do

Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
Help carry out each resident's individualized care plan
Take part in resident social activities and community events
Support residents' overall health, dignity, and comfort
Watch for changes in a resident's physical or emotional condition and report them to nursing staff

What You'll Need

Required:

Active CNA certification (Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or an active out-of-state CNA certification you can transfer to Iowa)
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Available for rotating weekends and some holidays

Preferred:

Experience communicating with residents and families in a care setting
