This is a hybrid remote position. While work is primarily performed remotely, candidates must reside in or near the Sioux Falls, SD area to support local communities, events, and occasional on-site activities.
American Baptist Homes of the Midwest Home Office is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and relationship-focused Sales & Senior Living Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, helping guide them through the senior living journey while supporting sales, marketing, lead management, and customer experience initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, website, referral, and digital inquiries
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand resident needs, care requirements, financial considerations, and timelines
- Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in the WelcomeHome CRM system
- Coordinate tours, prepare sales teams with prospect information, and conduct post-tour follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication and lead nurturing throughout the sales process
- Support marketing initiatives, events, email campaigns, and community outreach efforts
- Generate reports and support sales leadership with pipeline and conversion metrics
- Provide on-site assistance at communities during events, tours, and special projects as needed
- Deliver a warm, supportive, and professional experience for prospective residents and families
What You'll Need:
- Must reside in or near Sioux Falls, SD
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior sales experience required, preferably in a consultative or relationship-driven environment
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities
- Ability to travel between supported communities as needed
