Sales & Marketing Coordinator
$24.00–$34.00/hour, based on experience. American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families across our senior living communities. Hybrid, Monday–Friday, based in the Sioux Falls, SD area.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, website, referral, and digital inquiries
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand resident needs, care requirements, financial considerations, and timelines
- Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in the WelcomeHome CRM system
- Coordinate tours, prepare sales teams with prospect information, and conduct post-tour follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication and lead nurturing throughout the sales process
- Support marketing initiatives, events, email campaigns, and community outreach
- Generate reports and support sales leadership with pipeline and conversion metrics
What You'll Need
Required:
- Reside in or near the Sioux Falls, SD area
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of consultative, relationship-driven sales experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities
- Able to travel between supported communities as needed
Preferred:
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
