What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care to residents
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
Implement and evaluate care interventions
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You'll Need:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Active IA LPN License.
Graduate from an accredited school in the Licensed Practical Nurse program.
