How you will make an impact:
As an Admissions Coordinator at Maple Crest, you will play a crucial role in our community by advising prospective residents and their family members and conducting tours. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our "Welcome Home" website, generating leads, and educating the community and surrounding areas about the senior living options we offer at Maple Crest. This position is vital for managing the census in our Health Center as well as in the Independent and Assisted Living areas. Additionally, you will be instrumental in building relationships with potential referral sources, managing the referrals portal, and serving as the primary contact for hospitals and other healthcare facilities regarding potential and upcoming admissions.
Schedule: This is a full-time, day shift position, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, rotating weekends and holidays.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required.
- Nurse preferred.
