What You'll Do:
- Administer medications and limited topical treatments to residents under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director
- Provide quality bedside care to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities according to their individual care plans
- Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Follow community programs, policies, and core values
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirement
What You'll Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Iowa Medication Manager Certification, or Iowa Certified Medication Aide, required
- 1 year of experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate for the Medication Manager certification
- Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
