What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding day-to-day clinical operations
- Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning
- Foster a positive, respectful, and engaged workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal clinical regulations
- Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
- Collaborate with families, residents, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to urgent and emergent needs across all assigned care areas
- Uphold and demonstrate the mission and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
What You’ll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Current Nebraska RN license or Compact RN license
- 3–7 years of nursing leadership experience required
- 5 years of long-term care experience required
- Strong critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate, resident-centered clinical approach
