What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality clinical care to residents within the community
Perform resident assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations while helping develop individualized care plans with residents, families, and staff
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Provide oversight and guidance to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
What You'll Need:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an active South Dakota RN license (unencumbered)
Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required—new graduates welcome
Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (1 day per week and every 4th weekend)
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
