What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
- Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
- Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
- Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans
Schedule: Part-time positions are available 3 PM to 11 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
What you will need:
- Active Wisconsin LPN License.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- 1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required.
- Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
