What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community
Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations
Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop personalized care plans

Schedule: Part-time positions are available 3 PM to 11 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

What you will need:

Active Wisconsin LPN License.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
1 year of LPN experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required.
Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
