What You'll Do

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help support daily dining operations while creating a positive and enjoyable experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with meal preparation and daily dining operations
Set up dining areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Serve meals to residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Deliver meal trays to residents' rooms or designated dining areas
Assist with light food preparation and prep cook duties as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Help create a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests

Qualifications

Restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Dependable, friendly, and committed to providing excellent service
Comfortable interacting with residents, families, and team members
