What You’ll Do:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You’ll:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Support residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of physical and emotional functioning.
- Follow and help carry out individualized care plans.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
- Uphold residents’ dignity and ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active CNA certification in CO.
- Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families and team members
