- Support each resident’s physical, mental, and social well-being
- Complete assessments and contribute to care plans and evaluations
- Deliver and monitor personalized nursing interventions
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Schedule:Full-time and part-time positions available across all shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.What You’ll Need:- Active NE LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Long-term care experience preferred – New grads welcome!
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills
