What You'll Do:
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding day-to-day clinical operations
  • Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers
  • Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaged workplace culture

What You'll Need: 

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
  • RN license within the state of WI required
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a senior living setting required
