What You’ll Do:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You’ll:
  • Ensure that our residents are able to maintain their highest level of physical, mental and social well-being
  • Assist in resident assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations
  • Develop care plans with the residents, their families, and staff

What You’ll Bring:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Graduate of an accredited school in the LPN program
  • Current Colorado LPN license or Compact LPN license
  • Long Term Care experience is helpful but not required
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
