What You'll Do:  
As a Maintenance Technician at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community, you’ll perform a wide variety of tasks, including routine maintenance, preventative repairs, troubleshooting, and responding to urgent service requests. From HVAC and electrical work to plumbing and carpentry, your expertise will help keep our residential and common areas in excellent condition, directly impacting the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Schedule: Flexible scheduling. This is a pool PRN position, including rotating weekends and holidays. 

What you will need:  

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1 to 3 years of Maintenance experience required.
  • Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
