How you will make an impact:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Elm Crest, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that they are able to maintain their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being. In this position, you will also play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations, while also assisting in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, including every other weekend and holidays.
