How you will make an impact:
As a Floor Technician at Maple Crest, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all flooring surfaces throughout the community. Your primary responsibilities will include shampooing carpets in resident rooms, staff offices, dining areas, common spaces, and apartments, as well as stripping and waxing hard surface floors as assigned. All tasks must be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, facility policies, and safety standards. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with resident transportation as needed; therefore, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, including rotating weekends and holidays.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
- Prior floor care experience highly preferred, but not required.
