What You'll Do

Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
Manage and mentor nursing staff and oversee caregiving teams
Conduct resident assessments and guide individualized care planning
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local clinical regulations
Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Work with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Respond to urgent clinical needs and support resident care outcomes
Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

What You'll Need

Required:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
3–5 years of nursing leadership experience
Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding clinical setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred:

2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing DON or Assistant Director of Nursing ADON
3–5 years of gerontological nursing experience
Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing care programs
Prior senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing leadership experience
