What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and maintain directories
- Provide general clerical support (filing, typing, data entry)
- Maintain confidentiality and a clean, organized workspace
- Use basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills essential
What You'll Need:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
