What You’ll Do:
As a Director of Nursing, you’ll play a vital role in resident care and staff coordination. You’ll:

Manage a team of Nurses who oversee our caregiving teams as well as assist staff in day-to-day activities.
Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift
Conduct assessments and lead care planning for residents
Promote residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Ensure compliance with care regulations and clinical best practices
Communicate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Oversee assigned areas of the facility and respond to urgent needs
Foster a positive and professional environment on the care floor

What You’ll Bring:

Must be 21 years or older
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
3–5 years of nursing leadership experience required
2+ years as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred
3–5 years of experience in gerontological nursing, with a strong background in rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices
Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident-centered approach
