- Train new employees assigned to the house
- Mentor new DSPs to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to standards
- Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
- Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
- Help with transportation to appointments or activities
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care

- Age 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct care services with disabilities or persons 65 and older
